Compressor like sound

I have this noise when I am idling that sounds like a compressor trying to kick on an off what would cause this?

It sounds like it could be a blend door actuator, but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. So we do not have to guess makes it for a better user experience. Cheers, Ken
