Good morning.
The compression is within specs. Considering the age of the vehicle and mileage, it is good.
The difference may be from work performed at one time whether it was a head gasket on valve job.
It will not effect the operation of the engine at all.
The spec is 140-165. the 190 is a little high but that could be the result of carbon build up.
Do you have a concern?

A product call Seafoam is a good product.
Also, GM top engine cleaner is another good one for carbon build up.
