I was told by a friend of mine that the problem to my issue is my cam sensor and I cannot find the location anywhere for my cam sensor can you tell me where it is located

You don't have one just a distributor with an ignition module and pick up coil

I guess that would depend on what engine it has. If it has a 3.1 it won't have either of those things.

Awesome sorry I found out shortly after I wrote the question my other question is. Do I need a new distributor. Having problems running, driving after about 30 minutes of run time after engine warms up and gets to operating temp I'll go for a drive and out of nowhere it dies and that's only when engine is hot

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it

If you have tbi you won't have you'll have to put an adapter on it to read it you should have 9-13 psi.

Ok and just an update what will fuel pressure tell me? Or why am I checking it I should ask

Low fuel filter causes some codes to set and if low can cause engine to not run correctly
