At the end of braking, directly before the car stops rolling the engine shuts off?

The engine runs very good and smoothly. Then you can turn the key and the engine runs fine. The only time this occurs is at the end of braking directly before the car stops from braking.

Yep, this happens when the converter locks up control valves are going out. Here are the locations of the valve so you can swap them out which should fix the problem. Please go over this guide as well:
