Complete center console swap

I am curious to know if it would be possible to replace the entire center console (stereo finisher with everything in it) from my 2003 sedan with one from a 2005 sedan?

Not easily as the revised panel has different attachment points and the wiring is different due to the updated features and modules used in the 2005. There is also the issue of programming the 2003 BCM so the 2005 unit does not just lock up as soon as it is installed due to the anti-theft features being different in the two cars.
