I did front and back with new rotors and pads, etc. After the job I could not tell much difference between the old and new brake set up.I was expecting that the foot brake would be more firm and less like it has been which to me is a bit soft / spongy. I didn't open the bleeders at all. I basically opened the bake fluid reservoir while working and used a C-clamp to push the caliper pistons back. I am wondering if I bleed the brakes out if that may help??

I would suspect there is air in the lines. These guides can help you fix it.

I have a pedal that goes to floor when the engine is running. I have replaced master cylinder, ABS module, ABS modulator, all 4 calipers, brake booster. I have tried using a code scanner tool that has the ABS bleeding and the pedal is still going to the floor. I have bleed the brakes several times, used about 6 quarts of fluid. There a no leaks so run out of ideas

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for excessive brake travel for your vehicle. It might appear to all over the map, but it is in order, and when it goes from one thing to another, you are meant to skip to that sub inspection. Please go through the guide, in order, and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
