Can the headlamps front a 2001 Honda passport fit in a Honda passport 1999 if I change the grille too?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Even if you are able to mount the grill and headlight assemblies, the bulbs are different and the wiring/connections are different.

I wouldn't recommend it.
