No power to Compass and outside temperature thermometer

My van is equipped with compass and outside temperature thermometer mounted on the rear view mirror, but it seems like there is no power. I would like to have it fixed, but I do not know where to check, because I cannot find the fuse on fuse panel, that would power these. Any one would have a wiring diagram that would help me understand how it work?

Am I blind or I cannot see anywhere on the drawing any wiring going to the compass/thermometer?

It goes to the overhead console and daytime mirror, white with light blue wire should have power.
