2004 Ford E-Series Van Cruise Control

I'm getting ready to drive my sister's van to North Carolina for a long southern bike trip. The cruise hasn't worked for about a year and the fuse is okay. Where can I check to see if it's an easy fix before taking it to a dealership?

If you have not taken it in for the free recall replacement, replace the cruise control deactivation switch at the bottom of the master cylinder - to the front.

It is cheap.

But you got to bleed the brakes after --- that is where the work is.
