In the morning or when it sits a long time it will not go. it is like it falls on its face as soon as you touch the gas, but if you barely touch it and I mean barely it will go some what, but after it warms up out of the blue it is like nothing was wrong. Like something is stuck then out of the blue it is great.

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it and you may need an adapter. it may be low and not up to spec 61-66psi key on only. See link.
