While sitting at idle the cold air intake tube will start to make a noise, like blowing into a bottle, and pretty loud. If I give it gas it'll stop. I put my hand on the intake tube where the intake manifold temperature sensor is, and it vibrated pretty good when the (sucking?) Noise started. I've changed the mass air flow sensor and the air filter. All the connections are tight but it's making this noise. I'm trying to get a video, but it doesn't always happen.

Yep, this honking noise is caused by the IAC motor that needs to be replaced. To be sure, can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Here is the location of the IAC in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I don't want you to think that I'm ignoring you, I haven't tried the fix yet I'm still trying to get the video, I've gone through a whole tank of gas, and it still hasn't happened again, but I'll be persistent. Also, I want you to know that I plan on making a donation as soon as my VA check comes in, I appreciate all you guys do.

I changed the IAC Motor then reset the check engine now all kinds of bells and whistles are going off. What am I doing wrong? I'll be honest, I don't know how much more of this I can take but a match in the gas tank is looking more and more appealing.

I know i can be frustrating but hang in there. I cant see the scanner screen in the video you uploaded. Also did you use an OEM part?

Here is the part I would install:

The noise definitely sounds like the IAC, did the noise go away when you changed it?

Unfortunately, the noise didn't happen all the time so I'm going to have to wait and see if it fixed it. And I'm going to have to say that I didn't use an OEM part because I don't even know what that is, I got the part from O'Reilly's standard brand. Com ac253. Am I going to need to change that out?
Will the IAC cause lean conditions in Bank One? Or misfires?

The IAC will not cause lean conditions in bank one or misfires, I can't see the screen on the scanner. If we are going to address the misfire issue you will need to start a new question because we only handle one problem per thread.
