The second image is the water outlet. You looking to replace that or for gaskets?

The idler pulley.

Okay, I think I see it now on the white arrow. That is the water outlet pipe.

If you mean the threads in the hole are stripped it is possible to repair that part using a thread repair kit like a heli-coil or a threadsert type insert. A heli-coil would likely be the easier of the two as it would remove less of the material.
