Coil stud broke

These are not meant to come out. You broke it loose from the intake manifold. I have not seen one broken like this but as long as the nut that holds the coil to the intake manifold secures the coil in place then you will be fine. These studs are molded into the intake so the only way I know to fix it is to replace the intake.

Welcome to 2CarPros. Those studs hold the intake manifold on. They have a washer with a rubber seat that will stick to the intake. If you look at the washer you will see the rubber under it. The hole through the intake is much larger than the bolt which is why it flops around. The problem is that you will need to remove the intake to get the broken part out of the cylinder head. Then you can replace the stud. The images show the intake with and without the studs.

One broke and the threads are still in the hole. I pulled the rest of the stud bolts out. I put one back in and it was tightening back up. i have 2 pictures broke and not broke.

I have removed them without pulling the intake, I used the metal insert with the stud removed as a guide to use a left hand drill bit to catch the broken part and unscrew it from the head. If you look into the hole the broken one came out of you should see the piece that snapped off.

Update: i got the intake off the bolts in the back holding on the pipe that goes to the side of throttle body. I can move it around enough to get the broken bolt out i turned it out with my fingers from the bottom till i could get it from the top. I can clean the top of metal intake and move it to the other side and clean them and replace all seals. Without taking the A/C compressor loose or starter or fuel rails.
