Coil Pack

I have changed the coil pack multiple times and it keeps going out on me. What could be the issue causing the coil pack to keep failing?

You might try getting the fault codes read at an Advantage Auto or Auto Zone. Check the ground wire for the engine and all applicable grounds.
Attached are tests for the coil circuits and wiring diagrams that you can reference to check the grounds for the ignition system.
