If the coil was loose I would not think it would start running good after it warmed up. Have you checked the computer for codes yet?

There are no codes. Runs rough at first then it will smooth out but after a while driving it is hard to start again had all oxygen sensors replace and all the other parts connecting to codes.

The coolant temp sensor when they go bad they read colder than actual coolant temp so they run rich when cold and get better when they warm up. If it's running good just keep an eye on it.
