What does these codes mean? how can I fix it codes po700 and po730?

the transmission module is having a problem sending to engine module which can be a bad PCM and 730 is show in picture for causes which may be related to the other problem. there is a recall on the PCM which yours may be included the number is H33 call dealer and give your VIN number to see if yours is on it.
