Had p0299 show up first replaced the diverter valve then p2401 showed up and it started to not drive as fast. what could be the issue?

P2401 - Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Control Circuit Low:
P2099 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 2:
So, these are separate problems please start a new thread for the P2099 code. We will handle the P2401 code on this thread. It sounds like the leak detection pump is not working here is the location so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
