I have the following codes: $07E8 and $07E9. It says multiple cylinder misfire and something else. Anyone know what that means? Using a konnwei KE808 code reader.

These codes are very common when using an aftermarket scan tool. Basically, they are generic codes that most scan tools ignore because they are nothing more than the modules reporting back that the scan tool asked the TCM and PCM to report any codes.

So, when you scan for codes, and you get these back and nothing else that means there are no codes. All these are saying is the scan tool asked and the modules delivered any codes.

So, you can ignore these and then focus on any other codes that you have.
