Codes $7e9 and $7e8

Was driving and car shut off completely. Couldn’t get it to start again. Disconnected and reconnected battery. Car still won’t turn on and showing these codes.

Hello,

7E8 and 7E9 are not direct fault codes but submenus.
7E8 is for powertrain control.
7E9 is for transmission control.

You will need to use a suitable diagnostic tester to read out both subsystems
