I ran codes on my car listed above.

koeo = 111

koeo continuous code 332 insufficient EGR
flow.

koer = 111

Why did 332 not show in the koer test?

The EGR is not tested with the key on engine off. it is only tested when the engine is running.

In the code book it says that code 332 test condition R,C (running/continuous). I expected to see 332 when koer since it showed in the continuous code, but it did not. why did it not show in koer?

the fault was not at that time the test was running. it was active at some point but not when the test ran.
