When I do the self diagnostic it comes up code three one which is a/tf1 or l signal b. What does signal b mean?

Good morning,
The code is for the throttle position sensor. The signal is not being seen at the ECM.
I attached the flow chart and the description for you.
In most cases, it is the sensor itself.
