Have a screeching noise under hood thought it might be fan belt pulled code PO191. Started up engine and got reduced engine power. Truck ran fine except little power engine symbol came on dash. Next day went to parts store to get code read truck had full power. Again not open went to other store, not open got back in truck code clear on dash drove from Colorado to Texas no problem. Got home and had this screeching noise.

Hi,

The code is a fuel rail pressure sensor code. Basically, it indicates from the fuel rail pressure sensor does not match what is being delivered to the engine.

Is there any smoke from the exhaust? Is the noise you hear loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear?

I attached what I was able to find specific to your vehicle regarding the code. See pic 1. Pic 2 shows the locations for the pressure sensor and control valve. Number 1 is the sensor and pic 5 is the pressure control valve.

Let me know.

Joe
