I replaced ect sensor and thermo. still runs hot, also water seems to boil up into the overflow tank. gauge remains at 0....help please our only means of transportation also check engine light is on and bell went off. i have tried everything and i saw a post that said soomething on the wireing...now im confused.

boiling in the tank is my concern. it sounds like you have a failed head gasket. you need a leak down test to confirm as neons have had many issues with there head gaskets.
