Code p2159?

2008 KIA OPTIMA
175,000 MILES • 2.4L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I have a code p2159. The car only has one sensor on the front passenger side which has been replaced twice, last one from Kia. So, testing the two wires from the PCM I got 2.4 volts out of both wires. I have replaced the computer 3 times. Still checking the Internet for the cause Please let me know if anyone has any knowledge on this. Thank you

Those readings sound normal.

The P2159 code on a 2008 Kia Optima refers to Vehicle Speed Sensor "B" Range/Performance.

So, there are two speed sensors which sounds like you have found one of them. Here is the location of the pulse generator "B". Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
