My car has a CVT transmission not the 4-speed automatic, recently changed the transmission filter and fluid and after 100 miles of driving now the transmission is slipping when accelerating from being stopped, and it's giving code P2757. I have already verified the fluid level is good, but that did not fix the slipping. Looking for advice on what to do next.

Did you use the Toyota transmission fluid? That unit is very picky when it comes to fluid type. I've seen aftermarket CVT fluid cause them to slip in very short time. Also check where you got the fluid from as there have been cases of online sellers being less than honest about what they were selling.
Beyond that slipping in a CVT isn't something that is easily repaired if it isn't faulty fluid. In this case there is a TSB ( T-SB-0150-16 ) about that code that may apply. It involves replacing the transmission valve body and then verifying the transmission control module is no longer setting that code. If you read the TSB it will show you the parts and instructions for the replacement of the valve body.
Here is a link to the TSB in pdf form.
