Did you use the Toyota transmission fluid? That unit is very picky when it comes to fluid type. I've seen aftermarket CVT fluid cause them to slip in very short time. Also check where you got the fluid from as there have been cases of online sellers being less than honest about what they were selling.
Beyond that slipping in a CVT isn't something that is easily repaired if it isn't faulty fluid. In this case there is a TSB ( T-SB-0150-16 ) about that code that may apply. It involves replacing the transmission valve body and then verifying the transmission control module is no longer setting that code. If you read the TSB it will show you the parts and instructions for the replacement of the valve body.
