Hi, can someone tell me how to diagnose a code p2103 on my 2018 toyota camry se.

Sure, the P2103 code is related to the MAF sensor, here is the location so you can replace it. Since you have the codes, I would not try to clean it if the sensor is too far gone, also check the wiring connector for corrosion as well as this can cause an issue. Check out the images (below).
