Wires to injector #6 were bare and shorted out on live data there is no reading on mass air flow, the manifold pressure is 4.5. Also, it says the crank and cam sensors are faulty, there is no reading on the oxygen sensors. The engine runs but misses terribly. The engine was running smoothly until the short happened.

Hello, have you checked to see if the injector is getting power and a control signal from the PCM? Unfortunately, when an injector shorts out like that it may have burned up the driver for that injector inside the PCM,
What scan tool are you using for this live data? The P0201 is the #1 injector circuit as well. Is there damage to more wires?

It sounds like the PCM might be bad, but we should check the wiring to injector #1 as well because this is what the codes are saying.

P0201 - This code signifies that there is a problem with the fuel injector circuit in cylinder 1.

P0206 - This code indicates a problem with the fuel injector circuit in cylinder 6.

You may have shorted fuel injectors which we can test by going over this guide:

Shorted wiring at the injectors or shorted injectors can cause the other codes as well but if the injectors test good and the wiring is okay, I would remove the PCM and send it in for testing/rebuilding here is the location of the PCM so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
