Hi so my eclipse had this code p1603 after freshly installing the starter. Some history on her, I have replaced the alternator, distributor, starter, flyer pump, battery, and battery terminals. The car cranks but will not turn on. It has a “service engine soon” light on it now that the code has shown up..how can I fix my car?
