Hi,
If the sensor is new, chances are we simply have a connection issue. First, check to make sure the connector is not corroded or damaged in any way. Also, check to make sure the connector pins are in good condition and not pushed in and the connector isn't slightly melted and allowing for a connection issue. If that checks good, we need to jump a little deeper into the diagnostics.
If you look below, I provided the diagnostics for the code. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them. Here is a link you may find helpful when testing and checking the wiring:
