code indicates PO455

I was at a gas station filling up pulled out and computer indicated loose gas cap I tightened the cap and soon after the service engine light came on and has not went off after a weeks driving I had the car tested at a jiffy lube on the computer and the code indicates PO455 can you tell me what part to replace 1st thanks

455 is a large leak in the system.

you need to have a smoke machine, scan tool and voltmeter to track down the failed part
