I see this code on so many Toyotas, usually if it is accompanied by ones for ABS pump usually it is bad, but when alone, could it be that at some point the battery was weak?

Hi,

The code can be set based on low voltage or extremely high voltage. If there is an issue with the charging system regulator, high voltage can set this code as well.
