I replaced plugs, wires and coil. I'm still experiencing misfires. Could the problem be the PCM?

The P2305 trouble code is a generic powertrain code that indicates a problem in the ignition coil "B" secondary circuit. So, it will be a wiring issue or a bad PCM.
Here is a guide to help you test the wiring between the coil and PCM and the PCM/coil wiring diagrams below to help you with the test:

If the wiring is good here is how to change the PCM out, this guide may help as well. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay.

Yes, it the PCM.
The notorious Chrysler P2305 issue, often accompanied by P03XXX codes, where it temporary fix problems when replacing the coil and/or spark plug, only to return later, is in 99.95% of cases, a faulty PCM.
You can get a PCM online for $300 + core.
