Saw bare wires at the fuel injector connector and taped it until I got replacement plug. It started running rough after I touched it, got the new plug replaced it still running rough and code 201. Tested the plug with a test light has constant power but the light is not pulsing on the other wire. Visually I do not see anything wrong with the wiring harness, no bare spots or burnt spots.

Good morning,
The test light for the return is not the tool to use. You need a noid light or you can use the test light without the connector connected.
Put the test light in the connector. One lead on one terminal and the the probe in the other. Then crank it and see if it flashes.

Okay, is it on?
If it is, then you have a bad PCM.
If it is not, then you have a wiring issue from the injector to the PCM.
