Flashing Check Engine Light with Code P1326?

Driving on expressway, I felt a hiccup and suddenly the car won't go over 60 MPH and the check light flashing.

I had an exhaust manifold put in 2 days prior, not sure if something from the shop when they installed.

Also, a new Cat was put on 4-5 months ago.

What is the easiest/fastest/cheapest fix for this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Code is P1326. Never had prob before I had an exhaust manifold installed. Next day I drove it, I got a code. Cleared code but it came back few days later. Also, I believe the update they did to my car was several months ago.

The code P1326 in a 2014 Kia Soul typically indicates an issue related to the "Knock Control System Performance." So, if the engine has an internal problem, it can be making noise which triggers the knock sensor code, can you please upload a shirt video of the engine running so I can hear it? Yep, that is a noisy engine, it sounds like the timing chain guide has broken and the timing chain has jumped, but to be sure let's do a compression test which will help tell us what is going on.
