Clutch will not release properly

Hi, my car has very little power when i release the clutch it seems like it does not release properly. it goes very slowly and the revs go up.

Sounds as if the clutch is slipping. Do you have a bad burning smell when you release the clutch and does the drive take up with the pedal all but released? if so the clutch will have to be replaced.
