I had to have my clutch slave cylinder replaced. The guy the put the slave cylinder in didn't fill the slave cylinder with fluid before he installed it. I need to know how to fill the slave cylinder with fluid without having to drop my transmission again.

Hi,

You don't need to add fluid prior to installation. The slave cylinder is bleed basically the same way as the brake system. When bleeding, the air is removed and replaced with fluid from the clutch master cylinder.

I attached the directions below for bleeding the clutch hydraulics. Let me know if this helps.

Take care,

Joe
