The first time the shifter stuck in neutral at stop light, second time when I was up-shifting-just could not get a gear.
Took it to mechanic and it would not act up, got it back and now as I shift it pulses or vibrates and acts like it is trying to find the gear, then it feels like it slowly slips in and jumps. It is doing it in all five gears. Does the clutch use the brake fluid as its lubricant?

From the description it sounds like the shift linkage is binding. That or the clutch needs to be serviced.

The clutch does not use any lubricant.
