I replaced the clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, throw-out bearing. After putting everything back together it drove and shifted smoothly for sixty miles but it was making a loud grinding noise every time I let off the gas pedal. The only time it was silent is when I had the clutch pedal fully depressed. Even making the noise in idle on neutral. Any advice before I take the whole thing apart again?

Most vehicles have an inspection cover in the front/bottom of their transmission bell housings. If yours has one, remove it, then see if the noise is gone. They are responsible for a lot of horrendous noises when they get slightly bent of are not seated exactly right.
