Clutch replacement/failure?

The car wouldn't move forward and was able to take foot off of the pedal while in gear and it wouldn't shut off. So, we changed the clutch and pressure plate. Now it will shift into gears and starts and idles in gear but doesn't move forward still. Well, the front wheels do not turn forward. Not sure what the problem is?

I am not sure what you are saying here. So, does the clutch engage or does not disengage? Can you please upload a short video of the problem you are having. in the meantime here is a guide to help you see what's going on:
