Clutch problem

I have the car listed above with weird issue. Pressing pedal to the floor does not disengage the clutch which will not allow to shift into gear. when in the process of bleeding the system the clutch pedal will go all the way to the floor, full stroke when bleeding is finished it is back to only going half way to floor and will not disengage clutch.

Based on your description, it sounds like either the slave cylinder is bad (which I doubt in this case) or something has broken in the system which isn't allowing the slave to disengage the clutch. Chances are the throw out bearing is damaged (cracked). If you are able to full press the pedal when bleeding, then that is my first suspect.

Take a look at this listed issue and repair. This was listed as a repair to a similar problem in Alldata's records.

Crack (open) the line at the slave cylinder, if the pedal moves freely, then you've found your issue.

Replaced the faulty clutch slave cylinder/throw-out bearing assembly.
