Let the clutch out and it would hardly Move I could smell something burning?

I was towing a car, and my motor shut off. My truck would not start I waited for a few and it started up but I could let the clutch out and it would hardly move I could smell something like burning smell. I just had a new clutch put in last year and haven't had any trouble with it until now.

It sounds like you overheated the clutch, and the lining has come off of the clutch disc, which happens, but to be sure please go over this video and guide to confirm the failure:

You were right about my clutch, I have a family friend, which put a new clutch in my truck and the best part is that I only had to buy the parts he did it for free.
I don't trust anyone who tells me they know how to fix the truck, that's why I am writing to you.
