Clutch pedal assembly replacement?

I had my clutch pedal assembly break on my truck listed above. My local mechanic told me what was broken but won't install the assembly because they don't make an aftermarket assembly. I got one from a pick and pull shipped to me. Any chance you could help ne with the removal procedure? Do I need to take off the dash? Thanks

It does not look that difficult and you don't need to remove the dashboard, but you will need to do the job from under the dashboard so I would remove the access panels and braces needed to get to the pedal.
