Hello,

This could be a problem with your timing chain or the timing chain tensioners. In the diagrams down below i have included a guide on how to check and remove and install the timing chain tensioners. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I have seen fan clutches cause this problem but I want to be sure.
