1995 5speed, not driven in 4 months..no problems prior..NOW-start truck up with parking brake on, clutch in but will not shift into forward gears, REAL BAD GRINDING trying to get into reverse...Turn off engine, clutch allows me to go into 1-4 gears, put gear in 1st, turn truck on, will go forward but will not allow me to go to any other gear, and cannot go back into 1st gear..Clutch? Or Transmission?

You have a problem with the clutch but it's probably a leak in the hydraulic system, either the clutch slave cylinder or the clutch master cylinder.
