It's sounding like your clutch disc is worn out or damaged.
Might be time for a whole new clutch kit.
On my previous Jeeps, I never did dump my clutch and squall my wheels to impress others or even impress myself with that "raw power", but I would often attempt to pull out bigger things than my Jeep was capable of. This would result in frying my clutch way before it's intended life was up.
I'm out of that stage with my Jeep. Hell damage is a thing of the past! My present clutch and engine was installed during the summer of '95 and seems just fine. This Jeep is my daily driver.
Riding with your foot propped on the clutch pedal can do the same over time. Sometimes the materials don't hold as long as you wish them to.
Should you replace it, let's not skip resurfacing the flywheel!
