I just installed new clutch disc, pressure plate and slave cylinder. I pre-bled the slave cylinder prior to installing it.
My problem is the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder keeps popping out of the quick connect fitting at the slave cylinder, when under pressure, ie: when the clutch pedal is depressed. What are my options at this point? Thanks, Ken

Good morning,

The only option you have is to replace the line itself. It is worn out at the end and not locking into the slave to be able to handle the pressure from the master cylinder.

That clip that holds the line attached is a common failure. A lot of times, it gets damaged from removal. The plastic ring used to compress the ring for removal damages that clip.
