Driving home, stopped at traffic gone to pull off, pressed clutch and a piece of white plastic shot out from pedal, ever since clutch feels very light no resistance but car going into gear like Normal.
Should I be concerned?

The clutch pedal may not require normal pressure to push it, so the engineers will add a return spring to it to give it the "feel" we're accustomed to. The part that came out might be related to that return spring. If it is, the only concern might be that gravity is allowing the pedal to put a little pressure on the throw-out bearing that pushes the clutch to disengage it. That could potentially shorten the life of that bearing. You can identify that by being able to pull the clutch pedal back further from its at-rest position with your foot.
