Clutch fan, never had loud noise before recent repair?

Had it replaced due to an overheating engine. Never had loud noise before recent repair. The noise/fan was so loud after repair I returned to auto shop for evaluation and ultimately, they replaced new clutch with another new clutch. Still have intermittent loud fan noise/loss of power. The repair shop is annoyed that the problem is continuing. How can I get additional diagnosis to fix? I’m not a mechanic but I am somewhat handy.
Please help. SUV runs awesome otherwise! Matt

Did they use an OEM part? If not, this could be the problem. Also, is the engine still running hot? The clutch fan is supposed to make noise when the clutch is engaged. I would lift the hood (engine off) and try to spin the clutch fan to check the resistance. You can upload a short video so I can see that way I can tell what's going on.
