Clutch always engaged

I have a four speed. Transmission goes through gears when off without pushing clutch, but when car is running the transmission will not change gears at all. Yes, the car starts in any gear.

Good evening.

Do you feel pressure on the clutch pedal when you push the pedal down? This has manual linkage that works the throw-out bearing. You need to make sure the linkage is connected to the throw-out bearing fork.
